High reliability is realized by features including twin-coil mono choke system designed on Nayuta's proprietary coil technologies, internal layout to cool electrolytic capacitors, multi-layered heat sink and twin fans for high cooling ability.
･High-efficient ripple current reducing converter
The DA-1000B insulated converter uses Nayuta's proprietary ripple current reducing converter (patent pending), and achieved the improved conversion efficiency of 87% (at DC 48V input) while using half of the DC current compared with Nayuta's former models. This reduced battery load.
･Extensive safety and protective features
Extensive safety and protective features include overload protection for output power, short-circuit protection for output power, overvoltage protection for output power, overheat protection for the internal heat sink and locked fan alarm. Also dielectric strength of 1500V between the input and output powers is ensured.
･Ultra-compact EIA-1U rack size
The world smallest EIA-1U rack size insulated inverter that continuously converts DC 48V to AC 1.1KVA (1kw) (researched by Nayuta). The inverter's weight is 6.5kg, roughly half of conventional models.
･Inverter bypass switch
Switching on the bypass switch on the front control panel allows AC 100V supply to connect directly to the AC equipment bypassing the inverter. Also in case a circuit in the inverter fails and/or the inverter shuts down, the bypass operation is activated automatically.
･Selectable AC frequency and remote control terminal
The output AC frequency is manually selectable between 50Hz and 60Hz. Also a remote control terminal is provided to allow the operator to turn on and off the inverter remotely.
･Green technology
Nayuta's specialized technology achieved 87% overall efficiency of DC-AC conversion (tested by Nayuta using DC 48V input). Power losses in the conversion is minimized to contribute to energy conservation. The DA-1000B is also in compliance with RoHS directive.DA-1000B DC-AC Inverter Specifications
